This is a project for lecturing candidates on Dynamics 365 for Shift ONE Digital (Pty) Ltd.

This is a project for SOP writing including KPI's, SLA's, and Reports.

• Quality Assurance on SOP's for Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Strategic Sourcing, Operational Sourcing, Contracts
• Review all existing SOPs created for the project.
• Conduct a thorough quality assurance check to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to best practices.

• Build data lineage for data flow from business systems to SAS. To identify all processes, products, assets and third parties where there is processing of personal information so that risk assessments can be performed and appropriate control measures implemented so that the organization can stay compliant to applicable regularity legislations. 
• Build Reports as per client requirements in Power BI.To fallouts in all processes, products, assets and third parties.

Responsibilities:

• Segmentation of all new enterprise accounts that are created within Vodacom by investigating the company’s ownership, turnover, size, business type, location, etc.
• Base management of the On Time earnings database to ensure accurate information for commission purposes of the sales teams.
• Address ADHOC queries regarding the segmentation of companies from business (Sales, Finance, Commissions, etc.)
• Analysed existing manual processes, identifyed pain points, and developed efficient digital workflows for a Vodacom to improve operational efficiency and customer experience for the segmentation process.
• Mapped and modeled business processes to translate user requirements into functional system specifications, and led cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of end-to-end solutions within budget and timeline constraints.

• Created reports to be able to do an analysis of the number of coolers allocated per Ops Manager and Technical Manager.

Results:

• Optimisation of the Geo Allocation function and implementation of the Cooler allocation country wide.

Responsibilities:

• Automated the Dealer Base for the client in MS Access to be able to pay the Dealers their commissions and incentives.
• Analyse the data to ensure that these allocations are correct.
• Design and implement processes by implementing a request logging solution via SharePoint and MS Access to ensure all changes to the base are recorded and auditable.
• Creating reports and doing analyses in both MS Access and SQL.

Results:

• Optimisation of the Base Management function and implementation of the SharePoint functions in Base Management.

• Populated the Base for the client with the correct salespeople for the implementation of the new OTE (On Time Earnings) Commission model.

Responsibilities:

Customer Contact Centre Process Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead team with design of the Front Office Contact Centre processes, including voice scripts and call routing.
• Contract management of the Contact Centre technical implementation partners.

Results:

• New Finance and Personnel Admin Shared Services including a Front Office Contact Centre fully functional.

Team Leader: Hire-to-Retire

Responsibilities:

• Lead client team with the re-design of HR processes.
• Design and implement processes for the Contact Centre (AP, AR, Payroll, PA, and General Queries)

Project Integration Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage sub-contractors including scheduling, resourcing and billing (~R25M budget)
• Project management of the facilities stream (building setup incl infrastructure and décor)

• New Finance and Personnel Admin Shared Services including a Front Office Contact Centre fully functional.

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Rollout of a layer 3 network and IPT solution for the Department of Foreign Affairs.
• Multi-million Rand (±R200m) project incorporating an upgrade of the network in the Department of Foreign Affairs to a layer 3 environment with Cisco equipment that will be capable of carrying the IPT solution at the 130 embassies across the world.
• Rollout of the IPT solution at 130 embassies (± 3500 IP telephones, 7 call managers and 6 Unity servers (Voicemail)).
• Manage a team of 10 consisting of 3 network engineers, 3 IPT specialists, 2 security specialists, 1 Unity specialist and 1 Logistics manager.

Results:

• Layer 3 network and IPT solution rolled out for the Department of Foreign Affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Design processes and procedures for presentations and training notes for the Fibre and Copper environments,
• Develop training material for the implementation of the Fibre and Copper Planning onto the NetPlan System.
• Define and manage KPI and other reports on the NetPlan System using various tools and Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager.
• Maintain Intranet website for the National Infrastructure Provisioning (NIP) section.
